Activating the wind of change in a huge multinational organisation.
The starting point of our ongoing consulting work over several years was the development of positioning for various research and production sites in the Roche Group. The next step was to bring the respective target images to life internally in a participatory transformation process. To this end, we designed and moderated a change process - with annual goals, topics and milestones. In the end, we launched 35 concrete change projects for Roche, facilitated more than 40 workshops with approximately 500 employees, and activated and coached 150 change agents who are now equipped with agile methods to further fuel the change in the organization.
